Reservation Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Payment Policy: A two night deposit at the time the reservation is placed. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival $100 cancellation fee will be retained. The balance of the deposit is refundable. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, monies are non-refundable.
- Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change, availablity, and minimum nights stay
- Rates based on 1-2 people per unit basic occupancy. Maximum occupancy 4 people per unit.

- Children 12 and under stay free in parent's room
- State and local taxes are not included. Current state and local tax is 9.8%
